This Swiss psychiatrist and influential thinker did have a good grasp of the spiritual way of life, as he emphasized the importance of balance and harmony. He also cautioned that modern humans rely too heavily on science and logic and would benefit from integrating spirituality and appreciation of the unconscious realm, but he had his problems.
