I am appalled at what is happening, as I believe many westerners are, but we too have been hypnotised by propaganda and poisoned by our environment. Waking up to the truth can be a painful business.

If you feel the need to defend your position in the face of a building wall of evidence, then that is you choice. My choice is to look with open eyes and open mind, and inner knowing.

Wanting to believe that authority figures will always tell you the truth, and would never harm you or anyone else is understandable, after all their job is to protect you, and you see no reason why that shouldn’t do so. I suggest then, that reading sites like this one is not for you.

You cannot ‘prove’ to me that your beliefs have any more credence than the official line, which of course, will be disproved over time.

I did read somewhere that even Hawaii has some traces of DU now, somewhere where you wouldn’t expect to find it. It is making its way around the world.

Diabetes is just one illness that can suggest DU poisoning, there are many more, as the immune system is destroyed completely. I don’t pay a great deal of attention to ’studies’ that are funded by pharmaceutical companies either, and that is most of them, these say what they are paid to say.

If you wish to live in blissful oblivion to what is really happening in the world, then that is your choice. There are however, people who are willing to wake up from their trance and realise that they need to take action before it is too late.

Our opinions will always differ, that is the way of it.

I believe there’s also a Lebanese scientific organization that’s agreed there is no radiation beyond natural background, but I can’t locate the name right now.

It really doesn’t make any sense to begin with, because DU is not used in bombs, and the discovery of an attempt to “radiate” the Lebanese population would be disastrous for Israel. It’s not so much the Lebanese they’re concerned with, it’s the organization Hezbolla, which is not confined to Lebanon.

If you can cite me some kind of credible scientific study that has linked diabetes to the DU expended through war and/or testing, I’d be interested in seeing it. I doubt very much there is such a study, but I could be wrong of course. There are dozens of obvious changes in societal behavior that are known to increase incidence of diabetes, cancer and other diseases; Moret and you too easily dismiss and/or ignore them.

Many scientists are reevaluating their previous belief that the risk-incidence relationship for radiation is perfectly linear. There seems to be a threshold below which radiation can be said to be beneficial, in some cases. Not a proven case, but certainly not in keeping with the average person’s terror of anything even the slightest bit radioactive.
